Getting back on track with my blogs

OK back to the basics...........

Should the law continue to recognize any difference in legitimate and illegitimate children?

I do think that there is an difference that should be acknowledged in the bases of the child being legitimate than the child being considered a bastard.

See the thoughts of the child being legitimate is basically saying that this child is being claimed and the thoughts of the child being illegitimate is basically saying that the child is a bastard brought on out of wedlock.

Now the only thing that I feel should be continued is the option for the party to legitimate the child. However, when the child is made out of wedlock (which is most of the time) that child should have a right by law to be claimed. Now adults she also be mandated on having to legitimate the child. There's no reason why that child legally shouldn't have both parents on paper in their life's.

There's no reason that the child should have to suffer from the negligence of the parents.

We should also watch how we use certain words because the definition of bastard is not what a lot of people use it for. So once again watch what we say especially around children they are like sponges they soak up everything within 1 minute.
